Benefits to Clients The Tree Lab is owned and run by world-renowned tree and woody tissue culture expert Dr Jenny Aitken and her experienced staff. Clients who use this service can focus their efforts on breeding, greenhouse/nursery growing of plants and marketing and leave the "keeping up with all the changes in tissue culture" and the "actual tissue culture propagation" to The Tree Lab's world experts. The Tree Lab's clients will not need large specialised in-house facilities. If you do have your own lab it will be very useful to complement The Tree Lab for initiation of cultures and post-plantlet formation and development. The Tree Lab will do the rest of the tissue culture propagation for you. With a New Zealand-based operation there will be a low-cost structure and high quality of service from The Tree Lab's experts and facilities allowing competitive pricing for tissue culture production globally. There will be no additional charges for advice on pre- and post-lab care of plants. TheTreeLab's clients will receive up-to-date status reports of their plant material via the website (under development) and by personal contact. A special "client-only" monthly newsletter on the "latest and greatest" in tree and woody plant tissue culture worldwide will also be provided at no additional cost. |
